Manufacturing process
Seven stages, from raw material to packed pellets
Our biomass pellets are made at our plant in Bikaner, in seven stages from raw material procurement to packaging.
Production samples are tested for GCV, moisture and ash.

Stage 01
Raw material procurement
Biomass raw material is procured and brought to our plant in Bikaner.

Screening
The raw material is screened to remove unwanted foreign matter before processing.

Grinding
Screened material is ground to a uniform size suitable for pelletizing.

Drying
Ground material is dried to the moisture level needed for pelletizing.

Pelletizing
Dried material is compressed into 6 mm pellets.

Cooling
Pellets are cooled before packing, so they can be handled and stored.

Finished pellets are packed and loaded on trucks for delivery.

Results describe that sample only, not every future batch. Before you decide on supply, ask for the latest batch report and check the fuel parameters your burner or boiler supplier requires.

Before you order
Will these pellets work in my burner?
It depends on your burner design, fuel feeding system and operating needs. We offer 6 mm pellets. Please confirm compatibility with your burner or boiler supplier before ordering, and share your setup with us so we can discuss it.
What do GCV, moisture and ash mean?
GCV (Gross Calorific Value) is the heat one kg of fuel gives when it burns, in kcal/kg. Moisture is the share of water in the fuel, which lowers the usable heat. Ash is the solid left after burning, which has to be cleared from the burner. A higher GCV with lower moisture and ash is generally preferred.
Are the test reports from an independent laboratory?
No. They are our own internal quality-control reports for specific samples. They are not independent third-party certificates. Ask us if your procurement team needs additional documentation.
Do the results apply to every batch?
No. Each report covers one sample on one test date. Ask us for the latest batch report before you make a supply decision.
How should the pellets be stored?
Our reports advise storing the pellets in dry conditions to maintain quality.

Yes. We deliver across India by truck, with a minimum of 10 tonnes and up to 40 tonnes per truck. Tell us the quantity and delivery location on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and terms.
